Memrise - Offers various SRS courses including kana courses which are perhaps the only thing the site does well in regards to the Japanese language. ※ Tae Kim - This site has a ton on kana, includes a video lesson, stroke order, as well as a pronunciation guide. The stroke order is quite useful, although the mnemonics are not so much. Wikibooks - Has stroke order and other resources. Optimal for pounding the readings into your head quickly.
